  • Your materials: Everything you create with Lexi — articles, emails, case studies, and other assets.
  • Account basics: Your name, email, company name, and billing information.
  • Usage data: When you log in and what features you use (so we can improve the platform).

What We Don’t Do

  • We don’t sell your data. Ever. To anyone.
  • We don’t share your differentiation. Your voice profile and company information are never shared with other subscribers.
  • We don’t recycle materials. Nothing you create is used to generate content for other MSPs.
  • We don’t show ads. There’s no advertising on the platform.

This is our core privacy commitment. Your differentiation is your competitive advantage. We never:

  • Share your voice profile with other subscribers
  • Use your materials to train models for competitors
  • Recycle your content in any form
  • Give other MSPs access to your strategic information

What you create with Lexi stays yours — completely.

How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

  • Power Lexi’s understanding: Your voice and differentiation profiles help Lexi create materials that sound like you.
  • Improve the platform: Aggregate, anonymized usage data helps us make MSP Growth Partner better for everyone.
  • Process payments: Billing information is handled by secure payment processors.
  • Communicate with you: Important updates about your account or the platform.

AI and Your Content

When you create materials with Lexi:

  • Your inputs are processed to generate outputs aligned to your differentiation
  • Your content is not used to train foundation models
  • Your voice profile remains specific to your account
  • No subscriber’s materials influence what other subscribers receive

Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. Access to customer data is limited to authorized personnel who need it to support you.

Your Rights

You can:

  • Access all data we have about you
  • Export your materials in multiple formats (PDF, DOCX, Markdown)
  • Delete your account and data
  • Update your profile information at any time

Data Retention

  • Active accounts: We retain your data while your subscription is active.
  • After cancellation: Your data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.
  • Backups: Backup copies are purged within 90 days.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third parties for:

  • Payment processing: Stripe and PayPal handle billing securely.
  • Infrastructure: Cloud hosting providers store your data with enterprise-grade security.
  • AI models: We use OpenAI and Anthropic APIs to power Lexi, subject to their data processing agreements.

These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.

International Users

MSP Growth Partner is operated from the United States. If you’re using the platform from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we’ll notify you at least 30 days before significant changes take effect. We’ll never weaken your privacy protections without clear notice.
